No problem, we offer a no quibble 14 day refund on all our products. Simply email sales@wellandtrulystuck.co.uk with information on the product you purchased and we’ll send you information on how to return the product.
Is Your Item Faulty or Damaged?
Please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll either send a replacement product or offer a full refund.
Returning An Item To Us
Simply email sales@wellandtrulystuck.co.uk advising us what product you are returning, we will reply with information on how to return the product.
Return Costs
No matter whether you’ve changed your mind, the products faulty or damaged, return costs are refunded once the product has arrived back with us. Refunds for return postage will be based upon Royal Mail 2nd Class costs.
